Legal Notice and Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 September 2026.

1. Website owner (information required by Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI)

Owner: DIGITALIZALIA, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. Tax ID (NIF): B13933296. Registered office: [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Ciudad Real, Spain. Registered at the Registro Mercantil de Ciudad Real (Ciudad Real Companies Registry). Email: hello@rewer.io. Rewer is a trade name of Digitalizalia, S.L.

2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the website rewer.io (the “Website”) and of the Rewer software service available at app.rewer.io (the “Service”), including the loyalty cards, passes, notifications, review tools and related features. By browsing the Website, creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals (B2B). If you are a consumer under the laws of your country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country prevail over anything in these Terms that would reduce them.

3. The Service

Rewer lets a business issue a digital loyalty card that its customers save on their phones (including in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet), record visits and rewards, invite customers to leave a Google review, send notifications and campaigns, and draft replies and messages with artificial intelligence. Features may vary by plan. We may improve, add or remove features over time; we will not remove a feature essential to a paid plan without reasonable notice.

The Service depends on third-party platforms (Google, Apple, Stripe, email delivery). Their availability, rules and changes are outside our control. Use of Google Business Profile, Google Wallet, Apple Wallet and Stripe is also subject to their own terms, which you accept when you connect or use them.

4. Account and security

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, including that of team members you invite. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may sign in with Google; in that case Google’s terms also apply to that sign-in.

5. Plans, payment, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, at the prices shown on the Website at the time of purchase, plus applicable VAT. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the panel; the Service remains available until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Because the Service is delivered immediately, fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period attributable to us, in which case we will refund or credit the affected period. If a payment fails we may suspend the account after notifying you; data is kept for 30 days after suspension to allow you to reactivate or export it.

6. Your customers’ data (data processing agreement)

For the personal data of the customers who use your loyalty cards, you are the data controller and Rewer is your processor. This section, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the data processing agreement required by Article 28 GDPR. Rewer will: process such data only on your documented instructions (these Terms and your configuration of the Service); ensure that persons authorised to process it are bound by confidentiality; apply the security measures described in the Privacy Policy; engage sub-processors only under written contracts with equivalent obligations and inform you of changes so you can object; assist you in responding to data subject requests and in meeting your security, breach notification and impact assessment obligations; delete or return the data at the end of the Service; and make available the information necessary to demonstrate compliance, including reasonable audits at your expense with reasonable notice. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for informing your customers (Rewer provides the notices shown when a card is created, which you may complement), for responding to their requests, and for not asking customers for data you do not need. A signed copy of this agreement is available on request.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them; to publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content; to buy, fake or manipulate reviews or to violate Google’s review policies; to collect data from customers without a lawful basis; to attempt to access other accounts or to interfere with the Service’s security or operation; or to resell the Service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, after notice where reasonably possible.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Service, the Website, their software, design, texts and trademarks (including the Rewer name and logo) belong to Digitalizalia, S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. You keep all rights over your own logos, texts, images and data, and grant us the licence needed to host, display and process them to provide the Service. Texts drafted with AI are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing and you own what you publish. Apple, Apple Wallet, Google, Google Wallet, Google Maps and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here describes compatibility only and implies no endorsement.

9. Availability and support

We aim for the Service to be available continuously, with maintenance windows announced in advance whenever possible, and we keep daily backups. Support is provided by email at hello@rewer.io in English and Spanish during business days.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee any specific number of customers, visits, reviews or ratings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitalizalia, S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for damages caused by third-party services, and our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Digitalizalia, S.L. against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of the law, or your processing of your customers’ data.

12. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. Either party may terminate at any time: you by cancelling your plan, we by giving 30 days’ notice or immediately in case of material breach, unlawful use or non-payment. After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give businesses at least 15 days’ notice by email or in the panel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, cancel before that date.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Ciudad Real, Spain, except where mandatory law grants you—as a consumer—the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile, in which case those courts and the mandatory rules of your country apply. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably: write to hello@rewer.io. The Website does not currently adhere to any alternative dispute resolution body.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business. These Terms are drafted in English; if a translation is provided, the English version prevails. Notices to you may be sent to the email address of your account.
